Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using OdogwuTruck ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

OdogwuTruck is a logistics platform connecting importers and exporters with transporters and drivers for container truck services. We facilitate:

• Booking requests for cargo transportation
• Matching customers with available trucks
• Payment processing and management
• Delivery tracking and status updates

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking submission
• Booking requests are subject to truck availability and admin approval
• You must provide accurate cargo information including weight, type, and dimensions
• Special handling requirements must be communicated in advance
• You are responsible for cargo compliance with import/export regulations
• Customs documentation must be complete and accurate

• A 10% deposit is required to submit your booking request
• Remaining balance due upon truck arrival at the pickup location
• Payment processing through secure Stripe and Paystack integration
• All prices include 7.5% VAT
• Refunds processed according to cancellation policy

• After loading, the remaining 90% must be paid before the truck departs
• Failure to settle the balance means the truck will remain at the pickup location

In the event of an accident or theft, all parties are jointly responsible for settling charges:

• Cancellations must be made through the platform
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

• OdogwuTruck acts as a platform facilitating connections between parties
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays to cargo
• Transporters must maintain adequate insurance coverage
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Transport prohibited or hazardous materials without authorization
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass payment systems

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
